Cookie settings

You decide first

On your first visit you get a cookie banner. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary is loaded until you choose. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you switch them on, and you can change your choice whenever you like through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Essential cookies

These keep the site working: session handling, security, load balancing and your language preference. HubSpot also sets a small security cookie to protect its forms and banner. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are useful. The script is only downloaded and only sets cookies after you accept the analytics category. If you decline, no Google script is loaded and no _ga cookie is set. We use the data in aggregate, never to build advertising profiles.

Functionality and marketing

Our contact form, trial form and demo scheduler are served by HubSpot, our CRM. HubSpot cookies let us link a form submission to your visit. HubSpot hosts this data in its United States East region under a Data Processing Agreement with the standard contractual clauses. If you do not accept these categories, the forms are not loaded and you can mail us instead.

Changing your mind

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to reopen the banner and adjust each category. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of the site from working.

No cookies inside patient records

The clinical record itself uses only the technical cookies needed to keep a clinician signed in. There is no third-party tracking inside the product.
