Terms of service

The terms that apply to the tiro.health website and, together with your subscription agreement, to the use of the Tiro.health product.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Scope

These terms cover the use of this website and any trial access. Paid use of the product is governed by the subscription agreement signed with the practice, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Use of the service

When you use Tiro.health you agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful clinical and administrative purposes
  • Keep account credentials confidential and enable multi-factor authentication
  • Ensure that clinicians using the service are authorised to access the records they open
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or overload the service

Clinical responsibility

Tiro.health is a documentation system. It supports clinicians but does not make diagnostic or treatment decisions. The treating clinician remains responsible for the content of the record and for any clinical decision.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and communicate planned maintenance in advance. Support levels, response times and any service credits are described in the subscription agreement.

Fees and term

Subscriptions are billed per clinician, per month, as described on the pricing page and in the order form. Trials are free for their stated duration and convert only when the practice confirms.

Termination

Either party can terminate according to the notice period in the agreement. On termination we make practice data available for export in a standard format before deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, with the courts of Ghent having jurisdiction.
