Where is our data hosted?
In Belgium, on European infrastructure. Tiro is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant, and clinical images are stored encrypted.
What does a contract look like?
A yearly plan at the listed price, or monthly billing at 20 percent more. Yearly is the default because it is what most practices choose.
Is AI charged separately?
No. Preparation, dictation, code suggestions and photo filing are part of the product in every tier.
Can we move our existing records across?
Migration is included in the Custom tier and quoted separately for Solo and Practice, because it depends entirely on the system you are leaving.
Does Tiro connect to Belgian eHealth?
Yes. eAttest, MyCareNet and e-prescribing are part of the billing and prescribing flow.
What happens during a trial?
You tell us how your clinic runs, we set up a working environment with your workflow, and you use it with real cases before deciding.
