Treatment series that hold together.
Aesthetic work is rarely one visit. Tiro keeps the series, the money and the follow-up on the same record, so the fourth session knows exactly what the first one did.
The whole course, not a stack of separate visits.
A series carries the plan, the sessions completed and what remains. Photographs and notes attach to the session, so progress across the course is visible in one place.
- Series with planned sessions
- Session notes and photos in place
- Remaining sessions always visible
- Next appointment proposed from the plan

What was done, marked on the face.
Sites, products and volumes are charted on an anatomical schema rather than described in prose. Injectable charting is on our roadmap and we are building it with the clinics using Tiro today.
- Anatomical schemas per treatment
- Sites and quantities recorded
- History visible across the series
- Dictate while you treat
Sites and volumes charted
- Botulinum toxin · upper face€ 290,00
- Filler · midface 0.6 ml€ 340,00
- Review at week 2
Every site stays on the record across the whole series.
Self-pay, from estimate to paid.
Most of this work is self-pay, so the estimate is part of the clinical conversation. Quotes are built from the plan and tracked on the record until they are settled.
- Estimates generated from the plan
- Sent and tracked in the record
- Package and per-session pricing
- Reimbursed acts alongside self-pay

Treatment intervals are known. Recalls go out on schedule through secure threads with the patient, and the response lands back on the record instead of in someone's inbox.

Hi, here are my photos three days after session 3. Slight redness on the cheeks, is that normal?

Aesthetic medicine questions.
- Is injectable charting available today?
- Anatomical charting of sites and quantities is available now. Dedicated injectable charting is committed on our roadmap and being built with clinics using Tiro.
- Can I sell and track packages?
- Yes. A series can be quoted as a package or per session, and what remains is visible on the record at every visit.
- How do before and after photos work?
- Photographs attach to the session and the site, so the comparison across a course is available without hunting through folders.
- Do recalls need a separate marketing tool?
- No. Recalls are driven by the treatment interval on the record and sent in secure threads with the patient.
- Does Tiro track stock or inventory?
- Not today. Tiro focuses on the clinical record, the treatment plan and the money attached to it.
